Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of OmniSaaSy, operated by The SaaSy People Ltd (company number 12341379), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. The service
OmniSaaSy is a software-as-a-service platform that relays customer messages, reviews and comments between connected support and social platforms (for example Trustpilot, Facebook, Instagram, Google Play, Google Business Profile and X) and your Intercom workspace. It acts as a bridge: messages are relayed into Intercom as conversations, and agent replies composed within Intercom are posted back to the originating platform. OmniSaaSy processes message content for operational purposes only, such as measuring message length, identifying the type or source of a message and handling text encoding; it does not use artificial intelligence to interpret the meaning of messages or to generate replies or message content. Functionality may change over time; we reserve the right to add, modify or retire features with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Please tell us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access. You must not share accounts between people. Organisations may invite additional users through the in-app invitation flow, and each user must accept these terms when they sign up.
3. Connected platforms
OmniSaaSy works by connecting to third-party platforms that you authorise. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights and permissions to connect each account and to relay its content, and for complying with the terms of each connected platform. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of third-party platforms, and changes those platforms make to their APIs may affect the service.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to a fair usage policy of 200,000 transactions per billing cycle; usage beyond this threshold may be rate-limited or subject to additional charges. Any usage allowances included in your plan reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing paid customers. Existing paid commitments honour the price at the time of purchase for the remainder of the commitment period.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Connect, relay or process content that you do not own or do not have the legal right to handle.
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or that infringes any third party's rights.
- Breach the terms of any connected third-party platform.
- Attempt to circumvent our rate limits, role gates or usage controls.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source of our system, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
6. Your content
You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you connect and relay through the service. You grant us the right to process that content solely to provide the service to you, for example to relay it between your connected platforms and your Intercom workspace. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat any non-public content you submit as your confidential information and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide the service, or as required by law.
8. Data protection
Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as your data processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal data we handle as a controller. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware.
9. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability for the core service and operate automated monitoring. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that message relay will be uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim under these terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, including non-payment of fees or breach of acceptable use. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel; paid plans remain active until the end of the paid period. On termination we will return or delete your data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to organisation owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these terms, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent jurisdiction.
