Overview
Service reviews and product reviews relay into Intercom in real time. The big differentiator: OmniSaaSy fires automated review invitations on Intercom workflow events, so customers get asked for a Trustpilot review without any manual chasing.
One slot per Trustpilot business unit.

Auto-invitations
OmniSaaSy sends Trustpilot's official review invitation email to a customer when an Intercom conversation closes. Each customer is only asked once per conversation to prevent duplicate requests.
Each conversation's CSAT rating decides which Trustpilot template gets sent. Map ratings to templates in the channel settings to control the tone of the ask for different kinds of conversations.
