Overview
App reviews from the Play Console flow into Intercom as conversations with version, device and locale preserved as tags. Google Play doesn't expose webhooks, so we poll the Developer API on a schedule.
No real-time relay: new reviews arrive in Intercom within 30 minutes of being posted. Google Play does not expose webhooks, so polling is the only option available from the platform side.
Authentication
Authenticated using a Google Cloud Service Account that has been granted access to your Play Console. We walk you through the onboarding flow, including the IAM bindings the service account needs.
