We're adding the ability to add Telegram accounts as support channels within OmniSaaSy.
It will relay DMs from Telegram into Intercom, and vice-versa, and offers support for most types of content that Telegram itself does: text, images, videos, documents, and location.
Important: You will require a Telegram Premium account to make use of this support channel in addition to as many OmniSaaSy/Telegram licences as you have accounts you wish to connect.
