Google Play reviews are currently relayed whatever their score, so a queue could fill with five-star praise that needs no reply alongside the reviews that genuinely do. A future update allows you to choose which star ratings are relayed on the Google Play settings card.
Every rating will be relayed by default, and you switch off the ones you do not want to see.
