- Connect an eBay seller account through eBay's own sign-in
- Buyer messages will arrive in Intercom as they are sent, with attachments and the listing they relate to
- Agent replies will go back through eBay Messages with up to five attachments per message
- An inbox card will show the listing's title, price, condition, stock and link
- The same relay settings as every other channel, including Fin AI, bot and workflow responses
We will be adding eBay as a support channel. You will be able to connect an eBay seller account through eBay's own sign-in, and buyer messages will then arrive in Intercom as they are sent, with any images or documents attached and the listing the buyer is asking about. Replies from Intercom will go back to the buyer through eBay Messages, with up to five attachments per message. Inside the Intercom inbox, a card will show the listing the conversation is about, including title, price, condition, stock and a link to it. Each seller account will be managed as its own channel with the same relay settings as every other channel, including Fin AI, bot and workflow responses.
