Replies carrying more than ten attachments now relay successfully
- Attachments split into batches of ten
- Message body sent with the first reply
- Every reply recorded against the ticket
Intercom rejects replies carrying more than ten attachments, so a reply with eleven images failed outright. Attachments are now split into batches of ten. The first reply carries the message body and any extra content, and continuation replies carry only their attachment batch, with each one recorded against the ticket so the full history is visible..
